1. How these terms work

These terms are between Inmagine Lab Pte. Ltd., Singapore ("we", "us") and the brand that accepts them ("you"). They apply when you register a brand account, run a campaign, hire a verified creator or order ads we make.

You never generate anything yourself on our service: there is no prompt box, model menu or editor for brands. You hire a verified creator's face, and their voice where they offer it, for your own project, made with your own tools elsewhere. You order ads we make, each starring a verified creator who licensed it, with your real product in it. Or you run a campaign, where verified creators and the people who join their scenes make videos here and you pay for them. In every case, we handle the license, the payment and the proof.

You accept these terms on screen, before you submit anything. Each version is numbered. The person who accepts confirms they are at least 18 and authorized to act for the brand.

A new version governs from the moment you accept it. A campaign's terms already accepted, and a hire license already issued, stay under the version in force when they were accepted or issued.

2. Registering and being verified

You register through a person's own login. There is one brand account per brand, held as a role on that login. The same person keeps one login and switches between their own side and the brand's side, each with its own menu and home, so it's always clear which side is acting and who pays.

A brand can't hire, license or run a campaign with the face of the person whose login holds it.

We ask for your company details and one document (a photo, scan or PDF), your brand category, your operating and billing country, and an authorized adult. We verify you before anything is funded, sent to a creator or launched. We do this within 2 business days.

You can draft a campaign, and submit it for its compliance check, while verification is pending. If your country changes, you go back to pending.

You can join from anywhere except the short list of countries where the law blocks us for now. A country that isn't on our list of open countries is off.

3. Campaigns

Setting up a campaign is free. There is no campaign fee.

You choose public or private. In a public campaign, any verified creator with a linked social account can make a solo video from your brand templates. In a private campaign, only verified creators you invite take part. Each makes one campaign scene video, paid from your budget, and other people join their scenes.

You fill in the product, brief, claims, channels, territory, dates, budget, and the exact words your templates need: name, headline, offer and call to action. Those words go into the video word for word.

We check compliance before funding, within 2 business days, and tell you. This includes every result claim a before-and-after template will show. A hit on our automatic check for banned words goes to a person, with the reason, and is never an automatic refusal. A material edit after the check needs a new check.

You pay the budget upfront and launch the campaign yourself. A rejected campaign goes back to draft.

4. Brand templates and content rules

Brand templates are a set apart from our main catalog. We make them and approve each one once. There are 17 ad types.

Creator lines are scripted and never testimonial. They never say I use this or claim a personal result. Before-and-after templates show only your own claim, which we check at setup.

We never make: sexual or intimate content or nudity; political persuasion or election content; deceptive news, fake evidence or authenticity claims; hate, harassment, defamation or humiliation; illegal activity; medical, legal or financial claims; gambling, tobacco or nicotine, recreational drugs or weapons promotion; non-consensual romance or relationship implications; false product endorsement; faces of people who are not part of it; or any identifiable child.

Alcohol, beauty or health claims, religious or culturally sensitive stories, romance, dramatic violence, and competitor products or category exclusivity are allowed only in a brand template we approved for them, or in a hire piece that passes the piece check. Romance also needs the creator's permission.

You must label your own AI work as AI-made.

5. Creators and people in your campaign

Each creator's own rules decide whether your campaign fits. Inside their rules it is accepted automatically. Outside them, they accept or decline. There is no counteroffer, since the budget is already paid. Accepted terms are frozen, and a material change needs their approval again. An invitation that clashes with another brand's exclusivity hold, or goes into a country we block by law, is always refused, checked at the invitation and again at acceptance.

A creator's rules include the kinds of brands and uses they allow (weight loss, cosmetic procedures and before-and-after are among those they can turn off), and whether they may be shown in swimwear or beachwear, in lingerie or underwear, or smoking or drinking as a character, each off unless they turn it on. Never nudity, see-through clothing, sexual poses or sexual framing, and never promoting tobacco or nicotine.

We make no new video with a creator whose country is off: each video start checks every person in it, the scene's creator included. That creator's campaign scenes leave our discovery pages and search, and their scene pages stay up with no way to start a video. A video that never starts takes nothing from your budget.

A creator earns the normal royalty on every video people make by joining their campaign scene, which you pay for. They also earn a posting fee for each campaign video they post on their own profile. You set it per follower tier, never below our minimum: US$5 under 10,000 followers, US$20 from 10,000, US$100 from 100,000 and US$500 from 1,000,000. It is paid once the post has stayed up 14 days with the video's verification link found there. A post that is found and then removed, or loses its link, earns no fee.

People who join make campaign videos at no cost to them. You pay for each from your budget, up to 3 sponsored videos per person per campaign. Nothing here has cash value for the person. The budget lasts until the campaign closes. A person who declines to take part leaves the campaign and gives up its sponsored videos.

Whoever posts a campaign video switches on the platform's own AI label and paid-partnership label. We remind them at the ready caption, but it is their job.

No person reviews each campaign video. The creator approves the campaign and its scenes once. After that, our automatic safety checks and an automated video check run on every video. A video that fails is rejected and its hold goes back to your budget.

6. Money

All amounts are in US dollars. The campaign budget is paid upfront. Each campaign video costs US$4.99, plus tax where it applies, and the posting fees are due as above; both come from your budget. When a video starts, its price, with its tax, is held from the budget. It's spent when the video is delivered, and released back to the budget otherwise.

We issue an invoice for every payment you make: campaign funding, a top-up, a hire fee and each amendment. It's the only invoice; our payment provider sends none. It's titled Invoice until we're registered for GST, then Tax invoice, and you download it as a print-ready page. It's made out to your legal name, registration number, address and country, so keep them current, and shows the invoice number and date, the lines, subtotal, tax and total. Prices exclude tax.

You pay a hire by card, PayNow or bank transfer, through our payment provider, in a payment form inside our page. PayNow charges Singapore dollars at the day's rate; the invoice shows the US dollar price and the amount charged. A bank transfer is paid in full before the license; until it arrives, you get payment instructions with a reference, not an invoice. There are no credit terms. A payment counts only once our payment provider confirms it.

Free balance a person holds on our service never pays for a hire or an ad we make.

If your budget runs out early, new videos pause and we ask you to top up. Videos already started finish.

There is no refund for a delivered video that passed the checks. When a video fails, is rejected or is canceled before delivery, its hold goes back to your budget automatically.

If you dispute a campaign payment with your card issuer, your campaign starts no new videos or posts while it is open, and we send no refund at close. If a fraud decision follows, the campaign stays frozen for new videos and posts, and the rest is refunded at close. Royalties and posting fees for videos and posts already made stand unless fraud is recorded.

7. Closing a campaign

Unspent budget is refunded at close. A campaign cannot close while a post is inside its 14 days. A funded campaign that never launches can close for a whole refund.

If we suspend a campaign for a breach, we record that and why, and the unspent budget is held. After a breach, we decide at close whether to refund it or keep it, and we record why.

8. Reusing a joiner's video

Paying for a campaign gives you nothing in a joiner's video by itself. To reuse it, you need that joiner's campaign release, which they give you directly for this campaign only. It is optional for them.

You may use a creator's campaign videos within the campaign's terms: its channels, territory and dates. You may use a joiner's video only within their release.

You may never name the joiner, recut or re-animate the video, imply endorsement, resell it or train a model on it. After a joiner withdraws, no new use may start. Uses already running continue to their end date.

You never receive captures, selfies, ID data, vendor references, face vectors, model weights or API access. From a campaign, you receive the finished video and its certificate.

9. Hires

A hire is a license for a verified creator's face for your own project, which you make with your own AI tools, outside our service, as images or video, except for ads we make (section 10). The uses are ads and commercials (one campaign, 2 years), print and images (one project, up to 50 images, 2 years), Drama & series (one named title, no end date, priced by a title fee plus the creator's on-screen minutes), games and animation (one named title, no end date), ads we make, and anything else by offer.

You browse listed creators in our hire catalog. You can Buy now at the creator's list price, on that use's standard terms, as one fixed deal with no term or country choices, or make an offer for anything else. An offer whose total fee is at least the creator's Buy now price for that use, on terms no wider than Buy now's, fits the price part of the creator's rules even when its fee per piece is under their lowest fee; every other rule still applies. Inside the creator's rules, the order is accepted at once. Outside them, the creator accepts, counters or declines within 7 days, or it lapses. You may have one open offer per creator at a time. If you're not sure what to offer, we suggest a starting fee.

You can add exclusivity in your brand category and the creator's voice where they offer it. A request that clashes with an exclusivity hold or a paid license, or goes into a country that's off, is refused automatically, with the date it frees. The creator's own choices bind your content: the story types they allow (illness, addiction or a health condition among them, never a medical claim), the kinds of brands and uses they allow, and whether they may be shown in swimwear or beachwear, in lingerie or underwear, or smoking or drinking as a character.

You pay the whole order upfront, within 7 days of acceptance, or it lapses. If the creator pauses or leaves before the license issues, you get a full refund. When the payment is confirmed, we issue the license and its signed certificate, and give you the creator's casting card, any photos the creator uploaded themselves (you see how many before paying), and any voice pack. You warrant that your own AI tools' terms allow you to use the photos, and any voice model you make, as you intend.

You upload each finished piece. We check it against the license by machine; an unclear piece goes to a person on our side, and a piece with voice gets an audio check. Only a certified piece may be published. For Drama & series, you declare the creator's on-screen seconds per episode, and a piece over the minutes bought waits for an amendment.

More minutes, countries, time or media is an amendment: its own order, invoice and payment, and a new license version.

A breach or an unlawful use ends the license at once; any other problem gets 5 days to fix. If you breached, there's no refund. If we or the creator are at fault, you get a refund for the term left. We may also give a goodwill refund. You or the creator can raise a dispute about a hire or a piece.

The full terms of a hire are in the hire license issued for it, with its exclusivity and voice schedules.

10. Ads we make

You order AI ad videos that we make. Each stars a verified creator who has turned these ads on and licensed them, with your real product in it. You never touch a prompt, a model or the creator's photos.

You give a product card once per product: a link or 2 to 4 photos, your logo, the exact words the ad speaks and the claims it may make. We check it, and each change is a new version. You warrant your rights to the product, its marks and its claims. Lines are scripted, never a testimonial, and only from your approved claims for that product version.

The license is a hire use: paid social and online, in the countries you choose, for 12 months from the order's first delivered video, renewable as an amendment. The hire terms apply as written. TV and broadcast is an upgrade the creator prices, also as an amendment. Every order is checked against exclusivity holds and paid licenses, and the hire bans apply. The order states exactly which hooks, languages and ratios it includes, and the count and every rule check run before you pay.

Each video is checked before it's made and again once made. A video that fails its checks is rejected, and you get a free try again; there is no automatic retry.

You get clean files, with nothing drawn on the picture, each carrying content credentials with the license number and check link; the certificate, listing each file's fingerprint; and the invoice. You may trim, resize, and add your own captions, price cards and end cards. You may never re-animate an ad, train on it or present it as the creator's own endorsement.

Where the law wants an AI label inside the ad (the Philippines and Thailand today), adding it is your job; we tell you so, with the wording, at the order and with the files. For the Philippines, we give you a ready document pack for the ad regulator. Everywhere, we give you a ready caption and a reminder to switch on the posting platform's AI and paid-partnership labels.

You pay upfront: a making fee we keep, plus the creator's fee per video; versions add no creator fee. A video never delivered refunds its making fee and the creator's fee for it. If the creator withdraws their permission for these ads, turns them off or pauses, or their country is switched off while an order runs, the videos not yet made are canceled and refunded; delivered ones run their term. An order with nothing delivered is refunded in full and its license voided.

The full terms are in the hire license.

11. Personal data

We are the controller for the personal data we process to run our service, including a person's identity and face data.

From a campaign or an ad we make, you receive no personal data beyond what appears in a video and its certificate, and the document pack where we give you one.

Under a hire, you receive the creator's personal data: the casting-card views they chose, their height and casting facts, and a voice pack if you bought one. You may use them only to make the licensed content, in AI tools whose terms you've warranted allow it. You keep them secure. You pass them to nobody else except your own agency or contractors, only for that licensed job and under the same rules, and you're responsible for them. You delete them, with proof, as the hire license requires.

You must not try to identify, locate, profile or contact a creator or a joiner outside our service, or combine a video or hire materials with other data to do so.

Once you publish or use a video on your own channels, you are responsible for that use being lawful, and for your own privacy notices. If you get a complaint, a person's request or a regulator's question about a video or a person in it, tell us promptly and work with us on the reply.

12. Suspension and enforcement

We may suspend a campaign. When we do, we record whether it is for a breach, and why.

If a breach can be fixed, we normally allow 5 days to fix it. Unlawful use, and anything involving an identifiable child, may be acted on at once.

Enforcement never deletes data. A ban gets one appeal, which you can make within 30 days of the ban. We decide within 7 days and give our reason. A joiner's own license to a video they already have ends only on recorded fraud, an unlawful video, or a serious breach that isn't fixed.

13. A campaign's terms

Each campaign's terms are what you set up and we checked for compliance. A material edit after the check needs a new check. Once a creator accepts a campaign, the terms they accepted are frozen.

A campaign's terms state:

  • whether it is public or private
  • the brand templates used, and for a private campaign, the creators you invite
  • the product, brief, claims, channels, territory and dates
  • the words your templates need: name, headline, offer and call to action
  • the budget in US dollars, paid upfront, which lasts until the campaign closes
  • the price of US$4.99, plus tax where it applies, for every video made in the campaign, held from the budget when the video starts, spent when it's delivered and released otherwise
  • up to 3 sponsored videos per person
  • the posting fee for each follower tier
  • that unspent budget is refunded at close, as set out above
