Questions
The ones finance asks first.
Is this a subscription?
No. A brand pays once per license, and nothing renews by itself. Extending a license later is a separate order you choose to make.
Does the price include tax?
Prices are before tax. The total with any tax is shown before you pay, and the invoice carries it.
What if the creator declines my offer?
Nothing is charged. Buy now inside their terms is approved at once; an offer outside them gets an answer within 7 days.
Can I get a refund?
In full if the creator pauses or leaves before your license is issued. After that, a license runs its term; a breach by us or the creator refunds the time left.
Why do creators keep 80%?
Because the face is theirs. Our 20% covers the ID check, the consent record, the certificate, the piece checks and the payout.
Does a creator pay anything?
No. Joining, the ID check and the casting card are free. We earn only when a brand pays.
