1. Who this is between

This agreement is between Inmagine Lab Pte. Ltd., Singapore ("we", "us") and you, a verified creator on our service.

Anyone 18 or older can sign up for free and make videos. This agreement is only for the extra step: becoming a verified creator so you can earn.

You accept it on screen, and that counts the same as a signature. We keep the exact text you accepted, the time, your verified identity and your country.

2. Becoming verified and being hired

You become verified, and start earning, once you pass the ID check and accept this agreement. Nothing else is needed.

Brands can hire you once you are listed in the hire catalog. You are listed when you are verified, allow brand hires, have approved a public portrait, have saved a casting card, and have set at least one price. You need no scene and no social account. Pausing, turning hires off or withdrawing your portrait unlists you at once.

Linking a social account, YouTube first, adds your badge and shows your follower counts, to everyone and to brands. It also opens campaigns to you, since you post campaign videos to your followers. There is no follower minimum.

If the login to your linked account breaks, your follower counts are hidden. Your badge, earnings and hires stay, and new campaigns wait until you link it again. A live campaign post gets 7 days to relink, then ends with no fee. Only a ban, a failed re-check, or your ID moving to its real owner removes your badge.

One login, two sides: if you also hold a brand’s account, you keep one login and switch between your own side and the brand’s side. A brand can never hire you, license your face or run a campaign with you while you hold its account.

3. Countries

You can join, and be verified, from anywhere except a short list of countries where the law blocks us for now.

Your country follows your face. To decide whether we are open for you, you have one country: the one you declare; if none, the country of your first passed ID check, else your ID’s issuing country, else the country of your newest consent or sign-in. A country we do not know is off.

While your country is off, no new video with your face is made anywhere, by anyone. Your scenes leave Home, Scenes, creator pages and search, and their pages stay up with Start hidden. Hires into a country that is off are refused.

5. What you keep

You keep your identity, your face and your photos. We hold only the permissions you give us. What we offer is an approved use, never the face itself.

Every use of your face needs a permission in force at that moment, and leaves a record. You can only ever use your own face.

6. Your rules, set once

You set your rules once, and we apply them from then on. You see at a glance what you allow, what is live and what you can stop, including every hold on your calendar.

  • whether you take brand campaigns, and whether you take brand hires
  • topics you block, and countries you allow
  • which kinds of brands and uses you allow: alcohol, beauty and health, weight loss, cosmetic procedures and before-and-after, finance and crypto, dating, religion, and causes and charities can each be turned off; all are on to start
  • your lowest fee, separately for hires (per piece) and for campaign posts; the campaign-post fee starts at our minimum for your follower size
  • a hire price list: a price for each use, starting at our guide fee, which you can change but never below half of it. A use left empty takes offers only. A price you list is your yes to that use’s Buy now terms
  • for drama and series, a title fee and a per-minute rate, each starting at our recommendation and never below half of it
  • ads we make for brands: on or off, a price per video, and its own price for a TV and broadcast upgrade
  • the brand categories you would hold exclusively, none picked for you, each with a price per 30 days
  • a voice add-on price, once you have recorded your voice
  • any exclusive deal you already hold outside our service: its category, countries and end date
  • the story types you may be cast in, none picked for you: a villain or criminal; comedy that mocks the character; romance and kissing, never nudity or sex; death, injury and violence; horror and the supernatural; playing another nationality; illness, addiction or a health condition, never a medical claim
  • whether you may be shown in swimwear and beachwear (bikinis, swim trunks, beach and pool scenes), and separately in lingerie and underwear (fashion and product ads), for any kind of hire. Each is off unless you turn it on, and never allows nudity, see-through clothing, sexual poses or sexual framing
  • whether you may be shown smoking or drinking as a character, such as a toast at a party, for any kind of hire. It is off unless you turn it on, and never promotes tobacco or nicotine
  • a hire profile brands search by: gender if you choose to show it, an age range, and up to 5 look tags. Never ethnicity or race
  • which views of your casting card brands may get, none picked for you

7. Exclusivity and buyouts

An exclusivity hold you agree to in a hire covers only hires and campaigns on our service. A request that clashes with a hold, or with an outside deal you declared, is refused.

You may also opt in to two add-ons, each agreed and priced on its own. A price you set means Buy now; anything else is an offer.

  • Hold everywhere, per category: while it runs, you do no work, AI-made or in person, for another brand in that category, in the hold’s countries and media, on our service or outside it. It lasts 30 days to 24 months, the brand may renew it by paying again, and it is never forever.
  • Use forever, worldwide, for ads and print: pieces made and certified under the license may run forever, worldwide, in its channels. Making new pieces still ends, and the brand deletes your photos within 12 months.
  • Before either is agreed, you confirm on its own screen a plain summary of what you give up: category, countries, media, dates and price. If you break a hold everywhere and we uphold the brand’s report, we refund the brand the unused part, you are suspended from hires, and we may claim your share back through legal action.

8. How brand requests reach you

A request that fits your rules is accepted automatically. You can switch to asking you each time.

Buy now is one fixed deal, with no term or country choices. Anything else is an offer. An offer whose total fee is at least your Buy now price for that use, on terms no wider than Buy now’s (the same use, and no more pieces, countries, channels or time, and no extra rights), fits the price part of your rules even when its fee per piece is under your lowest fee. Every other rule still applies.

A hire request outside your rules comes to you, and you can accept it, counter it or decline it within 7 days, or it lapses. A campaign invite outside your rules is only accepted or declined, because its budget is already paid.

More minutes, countries, time or media for a hire is an amendment: a new order, checked against your current consent and rules, and paid to you separately.

9. Ads we make for brands

If you turn these on and give that permission, brands can order AI ad videos that we make with you in them and with the brand’s real product. The brand never touches a prompt, a model or your photos.

Each order is a hire for paid social and online, in the brand’s chosen countries, for 12 months from the first delivered video, renewable as an amendment. TV and broadcast is an upgrade at your price, also an amendment. Your rules apply, and inside them an order is accepted automatically.

Every line is scripted from the brand’s approved claims for its product. It is never a testimonial and never shown as your own endorsement. Any speech is the video’s own AI voice unless the order includes your voice: then its lines are in your voice, recorded or made by us with AI for that order only, under your voice permission and your voice price, at once inside your rules or with your approval. Every line is checked before it’s made.

The brand may trim and resize the videos and add its own captions, price cards and end cards, but may not re-animate them or train on them. You see every video in Brand deals and can object to any one. An objection pauses its use until we decide.

10. Your scenes

A scene is a video template with your face in it, or a scene started from a real clip you shot of yourself. You pick it, we make your video, and you approve it or try again. Nothing is live until you approve it.

A join edits your approved scene video and swaps in only the person joining, from their character card. An automatic check matches each face to its person’s card. A video that fails is rejected, the joiner’s payment comes back, and they get a free try again.

Each scene is public (the default, anyone can join), unlisted (only people you invite, or who have the link) or private (nobody can join). You can change this later. Home and Browse feature only our own scenes and those whose starter has at least 10,000 followers on a linked account.

Who is in a scene is fixed once you approve it. A change to a scene’s content comes back to you to approve again; videos already in progress finish on the old version.

A scene lasts one year from going live. We remind you 30 days before it ends. Then no new videos start, and videos people already started are delivered. Start the scene again to go on.

You may use your own scene video anywhere, including in paid or sponsored posts. There is no royalty on your own video.

11. Your face, casting card and voice

Before your first video, you do one camera screen: a short live face check, then one guided head-turn. Your saved face is valid for one year, and you can delete it at any time. We remind you before it lapses; if you do not redo it in time, your scenes pause until you do.

Your saved face is kept as your character card: your close-up, front and 45° photos, plus the few facts videos need (your height if you give it, glasses, your own head covering, and marks you ask to keep). It is sent with every video you are in. On your character card page, from the menu, you see it, retake it live and edit its facts. Your casting card, uploaded photos, portrait and voice are on the same page.

For brand hires, you take your casting card in one live session, never from your gallery: a head turn with chin up and down, four expressions you can each skip, a waist-up front and 45° view and a full-body turnaround, with the head turn and body turn also kept as two short clips, and if you like the back of your head, close-ups of marks and one photo with your glasses. You add your height and casting facts. Your height and languages show on your page only if you choose; your other facts and photos never do, except your public portrait. While you have a live hire, we ask you to retake the card 6 months after you took it.

Your public portrait is one front photo you approve from that session. It shows on the hire catalog and your page, labeled a live capture, with its date.

After your casting card, you may upload your own professional photos, such as headshots or a comp card. Each is matched to your live casting photos, and is never public or your portrait. Uploading one is your choice to share it with brands under a hire; a brand sees how many you uploaded before it pays. If you delete one, new hires never get it, and a brand that already got it under a live hire keeps it until that hire ends, then deletes it with proof.

If you choose, you can record your voice in sessions of its own, for brands that hire you with voice: Quick (about 3 minutes), Core (about 30 minutes, in short sittings) and, if you like, Full, with emotion sets. Every line is checked as you go, and you read a consent sentence aloud in each language. Core and Full are filmed too; that video is kept like your casting card and never given to a brand. Your voice is licensed per project, like your face: at once inside your rules when you set a voice price, otherwise with your approval. For that project only, the brand gets a voice pack and may have new lines made in your voice with AI, under the voice-model rules; for an ad we make, we may make those lines. There is no open library of your voice.

If you agree, we make AI pictures of you in roles brands cast. You approve each one before any brand sees it. Each is labeled AI-made, and none is part of a hire.

Your face photos go only to the companies that process them for us and, outside those, only to a brand under a hire, and only the views you chose. We store photos and the two short casting clips only, never face vectors.

12. What you earn

Only verified creators earn.

  • Joined videos: for each delivered, non-refunded video made in your scene, a fixed US dollar amount, set in whole cents when the scene goes live. It is 75% of the expected net revenue on the scene’s own price: the price less card fees, the video’s cost, checks, storage and a refund reserve. At today’s costs that is about US$1.99 a join at US$4.99, and about US$3.04 a join in an uploaded scene at US$7.99.
  • If your scene has several verified people, each gets an equal share unless shares are recorded. People who are not verified are not paid. If you get verified after starting a scene, you earn on it from the day you are verified.
  • Free balance: a join paid partly with free balance earns your full royalty. A join paid wholly with free balance, or a free retry, earns your royalty only on that person’s first free join in your scenes, and up to US$100 a month across your scenes. Past either limit, nothing accrues.
  • Campaigns: you earn the normal royalty on joins in your campaign scenes, paid for by the brand. You also earn a posting fee for each campaign video you post on your own profile. The brand sets it for your follower tier, never below our minimums (today US$5 under 10,000 followers, US$20 from 10,000, US$100 from 100,000 and US$500 from 1,000,000). You get 80% and we get 20%. It is paid once the post has stayed up with its link for 14 days, counted from when we first find it with its link. A post not found with its link within 7 days ends with no fee; days when we couldn’t check don’t count, and you can correct the link before then.
  • Hires: you get 80% of each order’s fee after the payment provider’s fee, and we get 20%. Exclusivity and voice add-ons are split the same way. Your share shows as clearing until the payment provider reports its fee.
  • Ads we make: the brand pays upfront a making fee we keep, plus your fee per video, split 80% to you and 20% to us. Versions of one video in other hooks, languages or shapes add no fee. Your share is earned when the video is delivered and the payment provider has reported its fee. A video never delivered refunds the brand its making fee and your fee for it, since you earn only on delivery. If you withdraw your permission for these ads, turn them off or pause, or your country is switched off while an order runs, the videos not yet made are canceled and refunded; delivered ones run their term. If nothing in an order is delivered, the brand is refunded in full and its license is voided.
  • If a hire license ends for the brand’s breach or our fault, or we give a brand a goodwill refund, you keep your share. If it ends for your fault, your share of the refunded part is taken back. If that part was already paid to you, we absorb it: there is no clawback and no deduction from your future earnings, except for breaking a hold everywhere.

14. Getting paid

Earnings become payable 14 days after the video or post is delivered; for a hire, 14 days after the license or when your share is earned, whichever is later; and for an ad we make, 14 days after that video is delivered, once your share is earned. A dispute holds them. Your first payout of hire or posting-fee money waits 60 days from the brand’s payment.

Payouts run monthly. The minimum is US$50, and smaller amounts move to the next payout. After you leave, the next run pays whatever you have, however small, and you can still sign in to see your earnings and bank details until you are paid.

We pay by bank transfer, in US dollars, to an account in your verified name. Your bank converts the money and its fees are yours; we pay our own sending fee. New bank details are used only after 7 days, and each change re-checks the name and tells the email on your account. Bank details also cannot change for 7 days after you change your account email.

Tax is withheld where a country requires it. If you are suspended, your earnings move to the next payout until it lifts. If you are banned, you are still paid what you earned before the ban. If fraud is recorded on a payment, the earnings from it are canceled and that account’s other unpaid earnings are held until a person reviews them.

We hold your earnings until they are paid out. They are money we owe you, not a balance you can spend.

15. Pausing, ending and leaving

You can pause your face at any time. New videos and sales stop, your scenes are hidden and no new brand deals start. Videos already started still finish. Undoing a pause takes one tap.

You can end a scene at any time. No new videos start, and started ones finish. Everyone who made a video from it is told, and the video may not be posted anew.

Leaving ends all your scenes the same way. So does deleting the saved face they use. We warn you first.

A licensed hire runs its term, and a one-title license stands for good. Either ends early only for a breach or an unlawful use; any other problem gets 5 days to fix. If you leave mid-hire, the brand keeps your chosen photos until the term ends, or for a one-title license until its 12-month making window ends, then deletes them with proof. A one-title license lets the finished pieces run for good, never the photos.

You can see every piece a brand makes under your hire, and every ad we make with you, and object to any of them. An objection pauses that piece until we decide. Either side can raise a dispute about a hire or a piece.

If you leave, your face capture, casting card, portrait and voice recordings are deleted everywhere, vendor copies included. Your hosted videos and share pages are deleted, but people who joined keep their own videos. Our license, consent, audit and money records stay. What you have earned stays yours.

Enforcement never deletes your data. A ban gets one appeal, decided within 7 days, and never freezes your right to withdraw or delete.

16. Reports, records and the companies we use

Anyone can report misuse of your face or voice. We acknowledge a report within 2 business days, and file takedowns for copies outside our service within 48 hours of verifying. We help take misuse down, but we do not promise removal. Repeated upheld takedowns against your account lead to a warning, then suspension, then a ban.

Every consent, license, pause, deletion, payout and staff action affecting you writes an audit record. Nobody, our staff included, can edit a consent, a receipt or an audit record.

We use companies to run the service: video, ID checks, face checks and moderation, video checks, hosting, payments and email. No company gets your face until it signs a written agreement that bans training on your data and requires deletion with proof.

17. Changes, your status and what you confirm

A material change to this agreement, to what you are paid, what you permit, what we may do with your face, or how either of us can end it, needs your fresh acceptance. Until you accept, your signed licenses and the money you earned stand, but new hires, new campaigns and new joins in your scenes wait, and your scenes read as paused to people who would join.

You are an independent contractor, not our employee, partner or agent. This agreement is not exclusive: you can work with anyone else, unless you agreed to a hold everywhere.

You confirm that you are 18 or older, that you are the person you say you are, and that the face you give us is your own. You confirm nobody else holds an exclusive right over your face or voice that this agreement would break, and you keep your declared outside deals current. Everything you give us is lawful, and nobody else appears in it without their own right to be there.
