1. What a hire is

A hire is a license for a verified creator's face, for the brand's own project, in image or video: a TV commercial or online ad, print, a film, a series or short drama, a game, and so on. For most uses the brand makes the content itself, outside our service, with its own AI tools. For ads we make, we make the videos for the brand (section 15).

A one-title license covers that title in every episode, cut, dub and subtitle, and its own trailers and promotion. A sequel, a spin-off or another title needs a new license.

Inmagine Lab Pte. Ltd., Singapore ("we", "us") provides the license, the creator's casting card, the voice pack when it's bought, and the proof. The creator keeps their identity, face, voice and photos. We pass on only what the license grants.

This license sits under the brand terms. If the two differ, this license governs the hire.

2. The uses

Each use is its own license:

  • ads and commercials: TV, online and social ads, images and video, for one campaign; 2 years, or forever with the use-forever add-on
  • print and images: posters, catalogs and social posts, for one project, up to 50 images; 2 years, or forever with the use-forever add-on
  • Drama & series: a film, series, short or micro drama, as one named title, priced by a title fee plus the creator's minutes on screen; no end date
  • games and animation: one named title; no end date
  • ads we make: AI ad videos we make with the creator and the brand's real product, for paid social and online, in the brand's chosen countries; 12 months, renewable
  • anything else: the use the brand describes in its offer, for the term agreed in the order

3. Buy now and offers

The brand finds the creator in our hire catalog. A creator is listed only when verified, allowing brand hires, with an approved public portrait, a saved casting card and at least one price. A linked social account isn't needed; when there is one, its follower counts show.

Buy now is one fixed deal: the creator's list price for a use, which is the price of the whole license, on that use's standard terms. The brand picks no term or countries there. The standard terms are: editing allowed; the countries the creator allows; every channel except contacting the creator's followers; the term above; and not exclusive, unless the brand adds exclusivity in a category the creator pre-approved, at their premium.

Buy now covers up to 10 pieces for ads, in images and video; up to 50 images for print, for print, websites, social and outdoor; no piece limit for Drama & series, within the minutes band bought; and no piece limit for games.

Anything else is an offer: for example exclusivity the creator hasn't pre-approved, a longer term, more images, or another use. An offer states the product, claims, media (image or video), channels, countries, duration, exclusivity (category, countries, media and dates), editing, quantity, the title for a one-title use, the minutes band for Drama & series, and a fee. A Drama & series offer is a title fee plus a minutes band, and a game's offer is one fee for the whole title; neither is ever priced per piece.

If the brand isn't sure what to offer, we suggest a starting fee. The brand may have one open offer per creator at a time, and may still Buy now another title from that creator while it waits.

4. Acceptance and automatic refusals

An order inside the creator's rules is accepted at once. Otherwise the creator accepts, counters or declines within 7 days, or it lapses.

An offer whose total fee is at least the creator's Buy now price for that use, on terms no wider than Buy now's (the same use, no more pieces, countries, channels or time, and no extra rights), fits the price part of the creator's rules, even when its fee per piece is under the creator's lowest fee. Every other rule still applies.

Some orders are refused automatically, before the creator sees them, with the date the conflict frees where there is one: an order that clashes with an exclusivity hold or a paid license; any hire into a country we have switched off, which nobody can override; and any order for the face of the person whose login holds the brand's account. A brand can't hire or license its own holder's face.

5. Drama & series: title and minutes

The price is the creator's title fee plus a minutes band: the creator's on-screen minutes across the whole title, up to 5, up to 15, up to 30, up to 60, or over 60.

The brand declares the creator's on-screen seconds for each episode it registers. We use the episode's runtime only as a sanity check. The brand gives us the right to audit its declarations.

Dubs, subtitles, alternate cuts and trailers of a registered episode don't count again. Minutes add up across the title: a piece that takes the total over the band bought isn't certified until the brand buys more minutes, as an amendment.

Minutes bought after the face photos were deleted deliver the photos again, for a new 12 months.

6. Payment and invoices

The brand pays the whole order upfront, within 7 days of acceptance, or it lapses. It pays by card, PayNow or bank transfer, through our payment provider, in US dollars; PayNow charges Singapore dollars at the day's rate. A bank transfer must arrive in full before the license issues. Until it does, the brand gets payment instructions with a reference, not an invoice. There are no credit terms.

The order is paid only when our payment provider confirms it, never on what a browser shows.

Free balance a person holds on our service never pays for a hire or an ad we make.

We issue an invoice for every payment: the hire and each amendment. It's the only invoice; our payment provider sends none. Prices exclude tax, which is handled under the brand terms. Each invoice names the brand's legal name, registration number, address and country.

7. What we issue

The moment the payment is confirmed, without waiting for it to settle, we issue the license and its signed certificate, and give the brand:

  • the creator's casting card, on the hire page and as a printable card marked with the license number: each view the creator chose for brand deals as its own full-size photo, a guide to which photos suit which kind of AI tool, and the creator's height and casting facts
  • any photos the creator uploaded themselves, such as headshots or comp cards, each labeled as uploaded by the creator, with its date; the brand sees how many there are before paying
  • the voice pack, if the order includes voice

8. Delivered files, and what the brand never gets

Each delivered photo carries content credentials: the license number, a link to the check page, model-release and licensor details, a mark that AI training and data mining are not allowed, and a mark that the source is a real capture. Delivered files are fixed for each license version and never changed.

For an ad we make, the brand gets the finished videos instead of the casting card and voice pack (section 15).

We never give a brand the creator's raw face captures, selfies, identity or verification data, vendor references, face vectors, model weights or API access.

9. Making and certifying the content

Except for ads we make, the brand makes its content itself, entirely outside our service, with its own AI tools, as images or video. The brand warrants that those tools' terms allow this use of the creator's photos, and of any voice model it makes.

The brand uploads every finished piece. We check it against the license by machine; a piece the machine can't clear goes to our operations team. A piece with voice also gets an audio check, by a person at first. Then we certify it. Only a certified piece may be published.

The creator can see every piece and object to any of them. An objection pauses that piece's use until our operations team decides.

The brand may pass the hire materials (casting photos, facts, voice pack) to its own agency or contractors, only for this licensed job and under the same rules. The brand is responsible for them.

10. Rules for every hire

The brand never trains or fine-tunes a model on the creator's face. A voice model is allowed only under the voice rules (section 14).

The brand labels the content as AI-made, an AI voice included, and never presents it as real footage or as the creator's endorsement.

In a story, the list below means no real-world messaging (no real claims, political campaigning or gambling promotion), not that fiction can't show those things. Our list of content we never make applies always.

Never, in any hire:

  • medical, legal or financial claims
  • minors
  • politics
  • gambling
  • contacting the creator's followers
  • trademark claims
  • anything on our list of content we never make

11. The creator's choices

A film, series, drama or game may cast the creator only in story types the creator allows: a villain or criminal; comedy that mocks the character; romance and kissing (never nudity or sex); death, injury and violence; horror and the supernatural; playing another nationality; illness, addiction or a health condition (never a medical claim).

In any use, the content may show the creator in swimwear or beachwear (bikinis, swim trunks, beach and pool scenes), in lingerie or underwear (fashion and product ads), or smoking or drinking as a character, only where the creator allows it. Each is its own choice, and each is off unless the creator turns it on. Never nudity, see-through clothing, sexual poses or sexual framing, and never promoting tobacco or nicotine.

The creator may turn off any of these kinds of brands and uses: alcohol; beauty and health; weight loss, cosmetic procedures and before-and-after; finance and crypto; dating; religion; causes and charities. Each is allowed unless the creator turns it off.

The request says whether its content shows any of these or falls in one of these kinds, and the piece check holds it to that. A request outside the creator's choices goes to the creator to accept, counter or decline.

12. Exclusivity

An exclusivity hold reserves the creator for one brand, by brand category, countries, media, and start and end dates. The category is one from our fixed list of about 20, such as beverages, beauty, banking, telco, cars or gaming. The brand's own category is set at sign-up and checked by our operations team.

A hold lasts at least 30 days and at most the license's term, and never more than 24 months, a one-title license's hold included.

The creator opts in per category and sets a premium per 30 days. Buy now includes exclusivity only in a category the creator opted into, at their premium, and that hold covers Buy now's own countries, media and term; a narrower or different hold, like anything else, is an offer. The brand pays the premium for the whole hold upfront, with the fee. Adding a hold after the license is an amendment.

A hold counts only from payment. Until then other brands may still ask; when two want the same hold, the first to pay wins and the other is told. If a payment is captured later and the hold fails its check then, the whole order is refunded before any license issues.

While a hold runs, we refuse automatically, with the date it frees, any hire, ad order, offer, amendment, campaign invite or campaign acceptance for another brand in the held category, countries, media and dates, and any hold asked for where another brand in that category already has a paid license. Every request is checked against all of the creator's grants: holds, paid licenses, one-title licenses, accepted campaigns and future dates.

The hold shows on the creator's calendar, the license, the certificate and the public check page. Our operations team can override a clash only with a recorded reason, and never takes away another customer's paid rights.

A hold covers hires and campaigns on our service only. It doesn't bind the creator outside our service, unless the order includes a hold everywhere (section 13). The creator declares any exclusive deals they hold outside our service and warrants them; we don't verify them, and we count them in the clash check.

A hold ends on its end date, or earlier when the license ends for a breach. Any refund then is worked out on the whole order, the premium included.

13. Buyout: use forever and hold everywhere

There are two optional add-ons, each agreed and priced on its own. The creator opts in to each and sets its price. Pre-approved means Buy now; anything else is an offer. Before either is agreed, the creator confirms a plain summary of exactly what they give up.

Use forever, worldwide: for Ads and Print, the pieces made and certified under the license may run forever, worldwide, in the license's channels, and need no removal when the term ends. Making new pieces still ends: the brand deletes the face photos, with proof, within 12 months of the license, or when it marks the project finished.

Hold everywhere: an exclusivity hold that also binds the creator outside our service. While it runs, the creator does no work, AI-made or in person, for another brand in the held category, countries and media. It lasts 30 days to 24 months, like any hold. The brand may renew it by paying again before it ends; it's never forever. A hold everywhere that clashes with an outside deal the creator declared is refused. The brand pays upfront.

If the creator breaks a hold everywhere, the brand reports it with proof and our operations team decides. If it's upheld, we refund the brand the unused part of the hold, the creator is suspended from hires, and we may claim the creator's share back through legal action.

14. Voice

Voice is an optional add-on, offered only by a creator who recorded their voice in its own session and allows it. It's never bundled with the face. A person may only ever license their own voice. Voice is bought per project, like the face: at once inside the creator's rules when they set a voice price, otherwise with their approval. There is no open voice library.

The creator sets the voice price. A creator who sets one allows voice to be added at Buy now; otherwise voice is an offer. Voice is a line on the hire's order, and adding it after the license is an amendment.

The brand gets a voice pack with the license, the moment the payment is confirmed: the clean recordings and their transcript, each line tagged with its set and emotion, in the languages the creator recorded, with ready-made exports for common AI voice tools and a short guide to which set fits which tool, for the licensed use or title only. The brand makes the AI voice copy in its own tools. The filmed voice session is never part of the pack. For that project, the brand may make new lines in the creator's voice with AI, under the voice-model rules below.

Every piece with voice gets an audio check before it's certified, by a person at first. Our list of content we never make applies to every line.

If the creator withdraws their voice permission, new voice hires stop. A voice pack already licensed runs its term under these rules.

The brand agrees to these voice-model rules:

  • a voice model only for the licensed use or title, in a tool that doesn't train on it
  • no sublicensing: the voice pack and any model made from it go to nobody else, except the brand's own agency or contractors for this licensed job, under the same rules
  • at the end of the term, the brand deletes the models, the voice pack and every copy, and sends us a statement that they are deleted; under a one-title license, they're deleted with the face photos
  • the voice is disclosed as AI-made wherever it's used
  • no political, sexual or hateful lines
  • no impersonation of the creator outside the license

15. Ads we make

For this use, we make AI ad videos for the brand, each starring the creator, with the brand's real product in it. The brand never generates anything itself: it never touches a prompt, a model or the creator's photos.

The creator has turned these ads on, given us their permission for them, and set a price per video, with its own price for a TV and broadcast upgrade. The creator's rules apply: inside them an order is accepted at once; otherwise the creator accepts, counters or declines. If the creator withdraws that permission, new orders stop; ads already delivered run their license term.

The license covers paid social and online, in the countries the brand chose, for 12 months from the order's first delivered video, renewable as an amendment. The hire terms here apply as written: payment, an unpaid order lapsing after 7 days, and deletion at the term's end. TV and broadcast is an upgrade the creator prices, also made as an amendment.

For each product, the brand gives a link or 2 to 4 photos, its logo, the exact words the ad speaks and the claims the ad may make. Our operations team checks it, and each change is a new version. The brand warrants its rights to the product, its marks and its claims. Lines are scripted, never a testimonial, and only from the brand's approved claims for that product version. The list of what's never allowed in a hire (section 10) applies.

The order names the video type, the creator and the versions: one video in the brand's language at 9:16 by default, and exactly which hooks, languages and ratios it includes. The count and every rule check run before payment. Every order is checked against the creator's exclusivity holds and paid licenses, and refused on a clash.

Once the payment is confirmed, the license issues for the order. Each video is checked before it's made, then made and checked, and each delivered video is registered under the license with its receipt and fingerprint. A video that fails its checks is rejected: the brand sees that it failed and gets a free try again, with no automatic retry. We make no new video of a creator whose country is off.

The brand gets, by email and on the hire's page: clean files with nothing drawn on the picture (no captions, price card or end card), each carrying content credentials with the license number and the check link; the certificate, listing each delivered file's fingerprint; and the invoice. The brand may ask the creator to post one of the videos, for the campaign posting fee.

The brand may trim and resize the videos and add its own captions, price cards and end cards. It may never re-animate them, train on them, or show them as the creator's own endorsement.

Where the law wants an AI label inside the ad (the Philippines and Thailand today), adding it is the brand's job. We tell the brand so, with the wording, at the order and with the files. For the Philippines, we give a ready document pack (this license, a consent summary and the certificate) that the brand files with the ad regulator. Everywhere, we give a ready caption that names the creator and says the ad is made with AI, and a reminder to switch on the posting platform's AI and paid-partnership labels.

The creator sees every video and can object to any of them. An objection pauses that video's use until our operations team decides.

If the creator withdraws their permission for these ads, turns them off or pauses, or their country is switched off while an order runs, the videos not yet made are canceled and refunded; delivered videos run their term.

The ad speaks in the video template's own voice unless the order includes the creator's voice: then its lines are in the creator's voice, recorded or made by us with AI for that order only, under their voice permission and voice price, at once inside their rules or with their approval. Every line is checked before it's made, and the AI voice is disclosed.

The brand pays upfront: a making fee we keep, plus the creator's fee per video. Versions add no creator's fee. A video never delivered refunds its making fee and the creator's fee for it; an order with nothing delivered is refunded in full and its license is voided.

16. Before the license is issued

The brand can withdraw its own request at any time before paying.

If the creator pauses, withdraws brand-licensing consent or turns brand hires off, open requests close and a paid order is refunded in full. A ban does the same.

If the creator is temporarily suspended, a paid order is on hold: no license and no refund yet. The brand sees on hold, with no reason, and can cancel for a full refund at any time. If the suspension lifts, the license goes ahead. If it becomes a ban, the refund applies.

If an exclusivity hold fails its check when a delayed payment is captured, the whole order is refunded before any license issues.

17. Amendments

More minutes, countries, time or media is an amendment: its own order, invoice and payment, and a new version of the license, signed again. Earlier versions stay on record.

An amendment that widens the rights re-checks the creator's current consent and rules, and every exclusivity hold. Renewing is an amendment on time.

A refund or dispute on one amendment leaves the license and its other amendments as they are.

18. Breach, refunds and disputes

A breach or an unlawful use ends the license at once. Our operations team ends it, both sides are told, and the certificate reads revoked. Use stops, and the face photos, the voice pack and the pieces follow the term-end steps (section 19), for every license, a one-title license included.

Any other problem gets 5 days to fix, with reminders, and both sides are told.

When a license ends for a breach: if the brand breached, there's no refund. If we or the creator are at fault, the brand gets a refund of each order in proportion to the days of its term left. A one-title license has no end date, so our operations team sets its refund and records why.

After the license, we may refund the brand in part or in full as goodwill. The license stays in force.

The brand or the creator can say something is wrong with the hire or one of its pieces. The dispute is linked to the hire and the piece, and only the evidence it needs is kept until it's decided; deletion rights still win where the law says so.

19. When the term ends

A license with a term (ads and commercials, print, ads we make, and most offers) runs its term, and ends early only for a breach. When the term ends:

  • use stops, and the brand removes the content from everywhere it controls within 10 business days
  • the brand may keep one archive copy of each piece for its records, never published or reused
  • the brand deletes the face photos, with proof, within the same 10 business days
  • we delete our own copy of each piece 30 days after the term, unless a dispute is open, keeping the certificate, the license and the piece's fingerprint

20. A one-title license

It has no end date, unless it's revoked for a breach: the title may be used forever, in the countries and channels in the order.

The face photos are for making it: the brand deletes them, with proof, within 12 months of the license, or sooner when it marks the title finished.

Pieces of the title can be uploaded at any time, and only certified pieces may be published.

We delete our own copy of each piece 30 days after certifying it, unless a dispute is open, keeping the certificate, the license and the piece's fingerprint.

21. If the creator leaves, pauses or deletes a photo

If the creator leaves mid-hire, the brand keeps the chosen photos and any voice pack until the term ends (a one-title license: until its 12-month making window ends), then deletes them, any voice model and every copy, with proof.

If the creator pauses, existing hires run their term.

If the creator deletes a photo they uploaded, it works like leaving: new hires never get it, and a brand that already got it under a live hire keeps it until that hire's term ends (a one-title license: its 12-month making window), then deletes it, with proof. We keep our own copy only while such a hire runs.

22. Certificate and check page

The certificate is a signed license record plus a public check page. The record holds the license number, the brand's company, the use, title, media, countries, term, minutes, exclusivity, version and issue date. For ads we make, it also lists each delivered file's fingerprint.

The printable license sheet carries the signature's fingerprint and a QR code to the check page.

The check page shows the signed terms and, apart from them, the live status: active, ended or revoked. It takes a license number, or a file, matched against the files delivered and the pieces registered under the license. A file with no match reads no registered match, never unlicensed. It shows no face, no person's name and no fee.
