Who we are and what this covers
We are Inmagine Lab Pte. Ltd., Singapore. Our service lets you star in short AI videos with your friends and the creators you love. Verified creators can also license their face and earn from it. Brands can hire them, or order AI ad videos we make, each starring a verified creator who licensed it.
These terms are a contract between you and us. They apply when you open an account and each time you pay for a video, start or join a scene, or share a video. Some things have their own paper, such as the verified creator agreement, the license that comes with each video you join, and the terms for brands.
Your account
You must be 18 or older. Everyone gets a live face check and an age estimate. Some people also need an ID check. Anyone under 18 is blocked for good.
You sign in with a code we email you, or with Google. There are no passwords. You have one login.
If you are also a brand, you switch between your own side and the brand’s side at the top of the page. Each side has its own menu and home.
You can only ever use your own face. A second face, someone else’s face or a child stops the process, and this abuse can lead to suspension and then a ban.
Where we work
Our service is open everywhere except a short list of countries where the law blocks us for now. A country we can’t identify counts as closed. We check your country from your network connection when you sign up and each time you start a video.
To decide whether we are open for you, each person also has one country: the one you told us. If you didn’t, it is the country of your first passed ID check, or else your ID’s issuing country, or else the country of your newest consent or sign-in. If none is known, it counts as closed.
Every video start checks everyone in it, the scene’s creators too. So a creator whose country is closed can’t be made into new videos anywhere. Their scenes leave Home, Scenes, creator pages and search, and a scene’s own page stays up with Start hidden.
Scenes and videos
A scene is a video template, or a real clip of yourself that you upload once you have passed an ID check. When you start a scene you choose who can join it. Public means anyone can join. Unlisted means only people you invite, or who have the link, can join. Private means nobody can join, and the video is just yours.
Starting a public or unlisted scene needs your separate consent that people who join may make videos with you. You can end a scene at any time. Videos people already started still finish.
Starting a scene always needs your saved face, kept for a year, because every join on it uses that face.
A scene lasts one year from going live by default. We remind you 30 days before it ends.
We make video only, except AI role pictures of a verified creator who agrees, each approved by them and labeled AI-made. We do not review joined videos by hand. Automatic safety checks run on every video, and a video that fails a check is rejected and its payment comes back.
We also check every finished video: each face must match its person’s character card, and a video made from your own clip must show only you. A video that fails this check is rejected and its payment comes back. After a template start, or a join of a scene made from a template, you can try again free. We never retry it for you automatically.
If your first own video doesn’t look like you, you get one free retry of the same template or scene, once; campaign videos don’t count. Uploaded scenes have no free retry; a failed one gives the payment back.
Your character card
Your saved face makes your character card: the close-up, front and 45° photos from your head-turn, plus the few facts videos need, such as your height if you give it, glasses, your own head covering and marks you ask us to keep. It is sent with every video you are in.
You see it, retake it live and edit its facts on your character card page, from the menu. A verified creator’s casting card, uploaded photos, portrait and voice sit on the same page.
How we mark AI videos
The file of an AI video is clean: nothing is drawn over the picture. Its AI mark is its content credentials, a machine-readable record in the file’s data that anyone can check.
On our watch and share pages, a small AI-generated label sits at a lower corner of the player, laid over the page, never in the file. The showcase videos on our home, landing, scene and creator pages carry no label; a line in the footer says every video here is made with AI. When you share, the ready caption reminds you to switch on the app’s own AI label.
A real clip shared as it is carries an Original video, shared with permission label instead, with no AI claim.
Stripping or altering a video’s content credentials to pass it off as real breaks the license on that video. Brands must label their own AI work too.
Your license to a video you join
When you join someone’s scene, you get a license to the video. The starter is the person who started the scene. It is personal and non-commercial, worldwide and without an end date.
- You may download it, share it on your personal social media where the starter allows it, and make reasonable resizing or captions.
- You may not use it in ads, resell it, pass it off as real footage, strip its content credentials, reuse the starter elsewhere, or train a model on it.
- It survives the starter pausing or leaving, and your account closing.
- If the starter ends the scene or leaves, you keep your copy and the posts already made may stay, but you may not post it anew.
- It ends only on recorded fraud, an unlawful video, or a serious breach that is not fixed. A chargeback alone never ends it.
Prices and free balance
You pay in US dollars, one video at a time. The price is shown before you pay. Prices exclude tax, and the pay step shows the total with tax. Card details go only into our payment provider’s own form; a card you save is kept by the provider, and saving one checks it for US$0, which moves no money. To stop card testing, payments go through the provider’s fraud screening and 3-D Secure where it applies, and failed card attempts are limited per account, device and network.
The price is held on your card when a video starts, and taken only once it is delivered.
Free balance is money to spend on our service, shown in US dollars. It has no cash value: it cannot be withdrawn, transferred or turned into earnings. It pays only for videos, never for hires or brand ads. It lapses 3 months after it is given. It is spent before your card, and the free balance that lapses soonest is spent first.
You get a welcome gift of free balance once you have verified your email, passed the live face check and saved a card. It is given once per card.
Anyone with an account has an invite link. A friend who joins through it gets free balance on top of the welcome gift, on the same steps and with a card new to us. You get free balance too, 7 days after your friend first pays with their own card, if that payment isn’t refunded. The amounts are shown on the invite page.
Only a new person counts: a new account and email. You can’t invite yourself: the same card, device or verified ID counts as you. Up to 20 invites a year earn a reward, and anything unusual goes to a person to decide. Don’t try to get the welcome gift twice, or a reward twice for the same friend, and don’t sell or pass on free balance.
We may give extra free balance to talents we invite.
Campaign videos are paid from the brand’s budget, never by you, up to 3 per person per campaign. The sponsored videos you get have no cash value. Declining to take part in a campaign gives up its sponsored videos.
Refunds
If a video fails, is rejected, is canceled, hits an error nobody can classify, or is paused by us for safety for more than 14 days, the hold on your card is released or the payment refunded, and any free balance spent on it comes back. We do not refund a delivered video that passed the checks. A card refund happens only if nothing was delivered.
If you close your account, unused free balance is lost. We warn you clearly first.
If a payment is charged back, your unused free balance is canceled and your account is suspended for review.
What we never make
Nobody can opt in to these. We do not make videos that contain:
- sexual or intimate content, or nudity
- political persuasion or election content
- deceptive news, fake evidence, or claims of authenticity
- hate, harassment, defamation or humiliation
- illegal activity
- medical, legal or financial claims
- promotion of gambling, tobacco or nicotine, recreational drugs, or weapons
- non-consensual romance or relationship implications
- false product endorsements
- faces of people who are not part of the video
- any identifiable child
Verified creators and brands
Only verified creators earn. Getting verified takes an ID check and acceptance of the verified creator agreement. Brands who hire creators or run campaigns accept the brand terms. Accepting an agreement is not the same as giving consent. Consents are always separate.
A brand never makes anything itself on our service: no prompt box, no model menu, no editor. It hires a verified creator’s face for its own project, made with its own tools elsewhere; orders ad videos we make; or funds a campaign. A brand can’t hire, license or run a campaign with its own holder’s face.
Everyone who starts a scene licenses their face to the people who join it. We sell an approved use, never the face itself, and you keep your identity, face and photos.
Ads we make for brands
A brand gives us a product card: a link or 2–4 photos of the product, its logo, the exact words the ad speaks and the claims it may make. Our staff check it. The brand promises it has the rights to the product, its marks and its claims. We make the ads, each starring a verified creator who turned these ads on.
Each order is a hire: paid social and online, in the brand’s chosen countries, for 12 months from the first delivered video. The ad’s lines are scripted from the brand’s approved claims, never a testimonial. Each video is checked before and after it is made; one that fails is rejected and the brand gets a free try again.
The brand gets clean files, each carrying content credentials with the license number and a check link. It may trim and resize them and add its own captions, price cards and end cards. It may not re-animate them, train a model on them, or show them as the creator’s own endorsement. It never gets the creator’s photos.
A verified creator turns these ads on with their own permission, sets a price per video, and their rules for brands apply. They see every video and can object, which pauses that video’s use until our staff decide. Turning the permission off stops new orders; ads already delivered run their license term.
Pausing, ending and closing
You can pause your face at any time from My face and data. New videos stop and your scenes are hidden. Videos already started still finish. Undoing it takes one tap.
You can withdraw a consent at any time. Withdrawal works forwards. It stops what has not happened yet and never reaches videos already delivered.
You can close your account. We prompt you to download your videos first, then delete your hosted videos and share pages. The license and certificate records stay.
Enforcement and appeals
Misuse, such as someone else’s face, a second face or a child, can lead to suspension and then a ban. Enforcement never deletes your data. A ban can be appealed once. You can appeal within 30 days of the action, and we decide within 7 days and give you the reason in plain words.
Reporting a video
Anyone can report a video, signed in or not. Use Report on a scene or share page. A person acknowledges your report within 2 business days. For copies outside our service, we file takedown requests within 48 hours of verifying the report. We help take misuse down, but we cannot promise it will be removed.
